In partnership with CIG Consulting and Vickers Design Group, the team delivered a polished transformation that elevates one of the city’s most prominent Class A buildings.

Building on this momentum, Premier Build continued the evolution of 3003 Summit Blvd with an exterior enhancement as well. The project included a striking new monument sign fit with a custom lit glass blade, and an expanded patio with a custom pergola featuring integrated lighting and refined metal privacy screen. New landscaping, including a rain garden, will seamlessly tie the outdoor space together. Navigating both elevated slabs and on-grade transitions, these upgrades were delivered with both precision and functional impact, reflecting the high design standards and forward-thinking approach that define Premier Build’s work.
