The new office features three distinct reception areas, multiple break rooms, tech-enabled conference rooms, and seperate robust IT buildouts including specialty fire suppression, redundant heating, cooling and power tailored for each business unit.

The design prioritized workflow and collaboration, incorporating open areas, private huddle rooms, and modern lighting to create a space that works as hard as the team inside it.

The project features new partitions, custom millwork, glass-front offices, and refined finishes throughout, complemented by a combination of acoustical and hard ceilings.

Working alongside SMART Interior Group, LLC. and CBRE, the project brings together private offices, conference rooms, open work areas, a modern break room, and full-height demountable glass fronts to create a workplace that balances collaboration, privacy, and flexibility.

Premier Build recently completed a 25,000-square-foot workplace for AtkinsRéalis, bringing the project from concept to completion with a focus on thoughtful execution, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
