The design incorporates demountable Teknion office fronts for acoustic performance and transparency, paired with premium finishes like acoustic felt ceilings, stain-grade doors, and stone countertops.

The design focused on delivering upgraded amenities and creating spaces that attract and retain top talent by enhancing employee experience and productivity.

The scope included demolition of existing finishes, as well as a large open office area, several huddle/conference rooms and a high-end break area.
