Despite remote
oversight by Janney's design and construction teams, Premier Build delivered exceptional execution and coordination. Securing the project through rigorous
pricing rounds and interviews, Premier transformed the space with high-end finishes following a complete demolition.
The renovation included custom stain-grade
millwork, specialty lighting, and demountable partitions, as well as a full elevator lobby overhaul.
The new office features three distinct reception areas, multiple break rooms, tech-enabled conference rooms, and seperate robust IT buildouts including specialty fire suppression, redundant heating, cooling and power tailored for each business unit.
