The 14,000-square-foot second-generation buildout, designed by Murphy Meyers, transformed the existing suite into a sophisticated, collaborative workspace tailored to Stonemont’s executive operations.
The project incorporated selective demolition, reuse of existing architectural elements, and thoughtful reconfiguration of MEP systems to maximize the budget without compromising performance.
Custom millwork, glass-fronted conference rooms, private offices, and hospitality-focused spaces came together to create a polished, cohesive environment that balances elevated design with smart, efficient execution.
